90 day fiancé Couple Emily and Kobe are having problems adjusting to not only life in America, but how their relationship has changed since becoming parents. in Sunday’s episode 90 day fiancéThe two have an awkward fight over breastfeeding in front of his parents, and things take a turn for the worse when Emily kicks Kobe out of bed because he’s disrupting their son, Koban’s normal nighttime routine. Is.
Kobe, a Cameroonian, had to miss Koban’s birth because his visitor visa was denied. After waiting two years to meet his son, Kobe was overjoyed to finally spend time with him, even crying during last week’s episode. But it’s clear that he and Emily have differences when it comes to Coban. For example, in Sunday’s episode, Kobe had a problem with Emily pumping breast milk in the open in the living room in front of her parents.
“It’s not normal,” she told him. “Just because your parents are letting you do it, doesn’t mean it’s right.”
Emily refuses to go to the basement like Kobe suggested and tells the cameras that everyone knows how difficult her breastfeeding journey was, so she wasn’t embarrassed but grateful that her body could produce milk when she Couldn’t happen in the beginning. Things got even more awkward when Emily’s father joined in on the conversation and told Kobe that he didn’t see anything wrong with being pumped out in the open.
“I wasn’t brought up that way,” Kobe replied, also telling Emily that she should stop breastfeeding her 17-month-old son. “My little sister stopped breastfeeding just as her son was seven months old.”
“I can’t share breasts with my son, you know what I mean?” He also told the cameras. “So I don’t want to speak selfishly here, but it’s just the truth.”
But Emily’s father again supported his daughter, telling her to breastfeed, “the longer, the better.” Emily and Kobe were clearly frustrated with each other and saw how uncomfortable it was to fight in front of their parents. Emily threatened that she would “lose her s**t” on him.
“I’m super shocked right now,” she told the cameras. “The Kobe I met in China would never talk to me like that. He was so sweet, he was so laid-back, he was the nicest man. And now Kobe is like this manly guy trying to tell me that.” What do I have to do, I’m a bit scared.”
Kobe was similarly upset with Emily.
“He tried to stop the argument, the fight by giving me an order, which was very, very harsh and humiliating,” he said. “I did not like it at all.”
Kobe said he was nervous because he felt he had to make up for the time lost with Koban, and Koban wasn’t going to approach him right away. He noted that he didn’t grow up with his father and was therefore trying to fix what he had experienced in his past, which is why it was so important for him to be with his son. Later, Kobe is hurt when Emily kicks him out of bed because Koban cannot sleep with him, even though Kobe looks forward to finally spending the night with his family.
“Right now, he’s really distracting Coban,” Emily told the cameras. “And I think Coban is really confused. It’s usually just him and mom in bed, and now here’s daddy in the mix who’s talking loudly and not following our bedtime “
Kobe said he felt incredibly disappointed that Emily put him to sleep in another bed and couldn’t believe it happened.
“You know, I felt, like, left and stuff,” he said. “And I’m not coming to sleep alone or away from my son, you know, I’ve been away from him from a very tender age when he needed me, and I’m here now and you’re telling me, like, i’m not going to sleep [in the bed], he’s mad.”
“As a father to her, I have to give her the opportunity to play the part in our son’s life that she isn’t,” he continued.
ET recently spoke to Kobe and Emily about this season 90 day fiancé, and she defended telling Emily that she had gained weight when they met again at the airport, and she responded by telling Emily that she “loves black people.” Watch the video below for more.
