Meghan Trainor’s Coach Unveils Stunning Transformation
Meghan Trainor’s ongoing health journey is once again in the spotlight, but this time, the “All About That Bass” singer is letting the results speak for themselves. This week, Trainor’s fitness coach, Bella Maher, gave fans a new glimpse into the star’s physique by sharing a selfie of Trainor revealing her toned abs.
The post comes months after Trainor began facing a whirlwind of online chatter about her changing appearance, with many labeling her “unrecognizable.”
The Truth Behind the Transformation
Earlier this year, Trainor addressed the speculation head-on, confirming she had made significant “lifestyle changes” after her second pregnancy with husband Daryl Sabara. She openly credited a combination of diet, exercise, and science for her new look.
“I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy,” Trainor stated previously. “And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
Her coach, Bella Maher, recently doubled down on this sentiment, emphasizing that the controversial GLP-1 medication was not a magic bullet. In a before-and-after post, Maher set the record straight.
A Tool, Not a Crutch
“Watching her transform from the inside out has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work,” Maher wrote. “She did so much of this on her own before ever introducing a GLP-1, and even after starting it, the medication was simply a support, not the reason for her results. GLP-1s can be a powerful tool, but they’re certainly not a transformation plan. SHE is the reason this worked.”
Maher detailed the effort behind the results, adding, “She prioritized strength training, protein, intention, structure, and showing up even on the days she didn’t feel like it. She built this. She earned this. And now she gets to live in a body that supports her for life.”
Owning Her New Look
Trainor has playfully leaned into the conversation around her new body. In May, she famously altered the lyrics to her breakout hit “All About That Bass” during a live performance, singing, “It’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs,” instead of the original “I ain’t no size two.”
By August, she was using TikTok to directly address comments about her “unrecognizable” appearance. With her coach now sharing the visible proof of her hard work, Trainor is controlling the narrative of her post-pregnancy health journey.
