Hailey Bieber Gets Real About Expanding Her Family
Hailey Bieber is opening up about her journey through motherhood and her plans for the future, revealing that despite the initial challenges, she and her husband, Justin Bieber, are already thinking about growing their family. During a candid appearance on the In Your Dreams podcast, the Rhode Beauty founder, 28, confirmed that more children are certainly in the picture.
When asked about having another baby, Hailey didn’t hesitate. “I know I want more than one,” she shared, solidifying the couple’s desire for a bigger family after welcoming their son, Jack Blues, in August 2024.
The “Daunting” Reality of Young Motherhood
While Hailey always envisioned herself as a mother, she confessed that the reality of welcoming a child at 27 was more intimidating than she expected. “I do think there were fears around it. I didn’t know what to expect,” she explained. “It felt daunting.”
She elaborated on the learning curve that comes with being a new parent. “Once they’re here, you just figure it out day by day. And it’s like every single day I’m learning about how to be a mom and what’s best for my son and what’s best for me as a mom.”
Acknowledging the Need for Help
In a move praised by many for its honesty, Hailey spoke openly about her support system. She emphasized her preference for being a “super, super, super hands-on” parent but was not shy about admitting she has help. “I do have help, I have full-time help and I’m super not ashamed to say that,” she stated. “I wouldn’t be able to have my career and do the things that I do without the help, and I’m really grateful for that.”
She also made it clear that when she and Justin are working, their son is always with a loved one. “If he’s not with me, he’s with his dad,” she added. “He’s always with his family.”
A Newfound Confidence and Future Plans
Motherhood has profoundly changed the model for the better. Speaking with WSJ. Magazine recently, Hailey shared that she has found a new “ferocity” since welcoming Jack. “I like who I am so much more now than I did before I had my son,” she said. “You gain this silent strength and confidence. You can’t tell me the same s— that you could tell me before.”
The couple, who married in 2018 and renewed their vows in May 2024 to announce their pregnancy, also plans to raise their children on the move. “I think I want him to grow up in multiple places,” Hailey revealed, hoping to instill the same love for travel in her son that she and Justin share.
