It has been more than three months since the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, even the country’s top agencies like CBI, ED, NCB together have not yet been able to answer the question of whether the actor committed suicide or was murdered. Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has expressed displeasure over the delay in investigation and justice.
Lawyer Vikas Singh tweeted, “CBI is delaying the murder case instead of inciting suicide in Sushant case and so now there is frustration.” The doctor of AIIMS team saw the picture I sent and said that this is a case of 200% strangulation. Not suicide. ‘
Clarification of AIIMS
So Sudhir Gupta, forensic chief of AIIMS, in an interview with news channel Aaj Tak, said on Vikas Singh’s statement that an investigation is underway and what he is saying is not correct. They can’t reach any conclusion just by looking at the marks on the neck and the crime scene whether it is murder or suicide. Needs to be investigated and is still ongoing. The investigation has not yielded any results yet.
According to CFSL, Sushant committed suicide
According to CFSL (Central Forensic Science Lab) sources, there was no foul play in Sushant’s death. After the recreation of the crime scene in Bandra flat, CFSL has come to know that Sushant died due to hanging. The CFSL has reported to the CBI team. However, its official announcement is expected soon. The report does not mention partial hanging. This means that the feet of the deceased were not fully in the air. I.e. they were touching the ground or on something like a bed or stool.
The report was prepared by CFSL after the recreation of the crime scene in Bandra-based flat and strength testing of clothes hanging with fans. According to sources, the CFSL analysis report revealed that Sushant may have hanged himself using both hands. He used his right hand to hang himself. The report also mentions the condition of the ligature mark on the throat. Ride Dender can be hanged this way. The report also said that the clothes found in his room were used for hanging.
Death on 14 June
Sushant was found hanging in his Mumbai home on June 14. The case was first investigated by the Mumbai police but then Sushant’s father lodged a police complaint in Bihar. He made serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty. The case is then investigated by the CBI. In the case so far Sushant has committed suicide or the murder it is not yet clear.
