Deepika Padukone’s WhatsApp chat Screenshots

The Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) investigation into the drug chat case has come to light. The case came to light on Monday night after a conversation between Deepika Padukone and her manager Karishma Prakash. It used the codename D for Deepika and K for Karisma but Divya Bhaskar was the first to get screenshots of Deepika’s WhatsApp chat.

Screenshots by Bhaskar confirm that Deepika is using words like ‘hash’ and ‘weed’ in her conversation with Karisma. The word hash is used for hashish in the language associated with prohibited drugs. However, it is not clear from the conversation between the two who Hash and Weed are being used for. The amount of these drugs is not even mentioned in the chat but this WhatsApp chat is enough to increase Deepika’s troubles. If it comes under scrutiny, if this evidence is considered strong, a case can be filed against it under serious provisions.
