A petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court seeking to hand over the probe into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput to an independent agency or SIT (Special Investigation Team). The petition has been filed by Kanchan Rai, head of Delhi-based NGO Let’s Talk. The petition speaks of many unresolved issues, such as the murder of Aarushi Talwar, Sushant Singh’s suicide and Riya Chakraborty.

Riya Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. So senior advocate Vikas Singh from Sushant’s father will also file a caveat. According to Vikas Singh, he will answer every question of the petition in court. So that Sushant gets justice and the law reaches those who forced him to commit suicide.

On July 30, BJP MP Subramaniam Swamy tweeted, “Sushant did not commit suicide, but was killed.” For all these reasons, I think Sushant was killed. In the tweet, he shared a document about Sushant’s neck scar. This document talks about 26 points connected with Sushant. Subramaniam Swamy claimed that only two of these theories support suicide, with the remaining 24 points pointing to murder.
